甲型流感病毒快速分型与分析软件的开发与试用

摘要 甲型流感病毒危害动物和人类健康,其亚型多、突变率高、易发生重配,因此对其进行检测及流行毒株基因分析尤为重要。为解决传统方法进行大量甲型流感病毒序列分型和分析时存在的费工耗时、人为错误多等问题,结合实际工作需要,使用Perl语言建立了一套lunix系统下的甲型流感病毒快速分型与分析软件,并试用其对Gen Bank中所有宿主为鸭的甲型流感病毒进行了分析。结果显示,该软件可在较短的时间内完成大量序列的分析、分型和遗传进化研究,可用于甲型流感病毒的大规模流行病学调查分析。 Influenza A virus is harmful to animal and human health. It reveals many subtypes,high mutation rate and easily to be recombined. The detection and genes analysis of the pandemic strain seems to be particularly important. In order to solve the problems of time-consuming and human errors during sequence typing analysis of influenza A virus using traditional methods,a rapid typing and analysis software was established by Perl based on lunix systems,according to the practical work needs. A trial test was carried out to analyze all the influenza A viruses isolated from ducks in Gen Bank. Results showed that the software could complete a series of analysis,typing and genetic evolution research in short time,so it could be used for large-scale epidemiological investigation and analysis of influenza A virus.
