摘要
目前 ,测取气缸压力变化一般采用在气缸壁开测压通道的方式 ,这不仅给实际操作带来了困难 ,而且极可能损坏整个气缸。提出了将测压通道布置在气阀螺栓上的方法 ,并介绍了该方法对气阀安全性的影响、传感器的布置及密封措施 ,分析了测压通道带来的测试误差 ,提出修正方法 ,并给出了应用实例。
At present, cylinder pressure is usually achieved by opening measure-pressure inlet on cylinder wall, which is very difficult in practical operation and is very likely to cause damage of the whole cylinder. In this paper a new method, measure-pressure inlet be placed on valve-bolt, is proposed, the influence of new method on the safety of valve, the arrangement of transducer and the solution of seal are also introduced; moreover, measure errors brought by measure-pressure inlet are analysis and error corrections are suggested, and the corresponding examples are given. This new method is not only convenient, but also reliable, therefore, it is beneficial in practice.
