郁证发微(九)——郁证麻木论

Numbness due to depression syndrome(Ⅸ)

探讨郁证性麻木的病脉证治。认为麻木的病因病机除营卫气血失调、痰瘀阻滞、风湿痹阻以外,尚有忧思、惊恐、悒郁、善怒、心虚愦乱等情志不遂所导致的郁证性麻木,当从郁论治。郁证性麻木的部位、感觉、程度、起止、发作以及伴随症状均有不同程度的郁证临床特征,多见于现代医学的抑郁症、焦虑性神经症之惊恐障碍以及躯体化障碍、肢端感觉异常症等精神类疾病。

This paper explores the therapy and syndromes of numbness due to depression syndrome. It indicates that apart from disharmony between ying and wei,and qi and blood,phlegm-stasis obstruction,and wind-dampness obstruction,the pathogenesis of numbness can also be connected to anxiety,terror,depression,irascibility,heart vacuity and discomposure and so on,which can all lead to numbness,so we should treat numbness from the aspect of depression syndrome. The location,sensation,degree,beginning and ending time,attack,and associated symptoms of numbness due to depression syndrome all have similar characteristics as depression syndrome in different degree. Numbness due to depression syndrome can be found in many mental disorders,such as melancholia,panic disorder of anxiety neurosis,somatoform disorders,and limb perceive abnormality in modern medicine.
