摘要
为了解决双歧杆菌提高双歧杆菌不耐氧、不耐酸、活性保护较难的限制,提高双歧杆菌到达肠道的活菌数,以海藻酸钠/明胶/凹土复合材料为壁材,采用挤压法制备双歧杆菌微囊。结果表明,最佳p H为5.8,Ca Cl_2浓度为1%,海藻酸钠浓度为2%,明胶浓度为1.2%,凹土浓度为0.15%,包埋率达到95.1%,肠道中释放达到2.38×1010 cfu/g。
In this paper,the methods for preparing microcapsules to increase the number of Bifidobacteria viable cells in the intestines was studied.The microcapsule was prepared of alginate-gelatin-attapulgite by extrusion method.The results showed that the optimum p H was 5.8,Ca Cl2 concentration was 1%,sodium alginate concentration was 2%,gelatin concentration was 1.2%,attapulgite concentration was 0.15% and the embedding ratio reached 95.1 percent.At the simulation intestines systems,the amount of active bifidobacteria in microcapsule reached 2.38×10^10 cfu/g.
