摘要
综述鹿茸多肽提取工艺及其药理学作用。鹿茸多肽的提取工艺包括萃取法、酶解法、超声波法、高压电场法。鹿茸多肽的分离纯化方法包括盐析法、超滤法、离子交换法、电泳法。鹿茸多肽的药理学作用广泛,主要对免疫系统、循环系统、神经系统、骨代谢以及糖代谢等起着重要作用,同时鹿茸多肽还具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化和抗疲劳等作用。
This paper summarizes Velvet antler polypeptides extraction technology and its pharmacological action. Velvet antler polypeptides extraction technology include extraction method,enzymatic hydrolysis,ultrasonic method and high voltage electric field method. The purification methods of Velvet antler polypeptides include salting-out,ultra filtration method,ion exchange method and electrophoresis. The pilose antler peptide plays an important pharmacological effects in the immune system,circulatory system,nervous system,bone metabolism and glucose metabolism. The pilose antler peptide also has effect of anti-inflammatory,antivirus,oxidation resistance,fatigue resistance,and so on.
