提出直接根据单值曲面 3维密集测量数据点云进行刀具半径长度补偿 ,生成刀具加工轨迹并有效清除刀具干涉的新算法。同时 ,提出一套有效数据结构 ,只扫描一次即可对数据云进行网格划分 ,对于密集数据云 ,不用插值 ,可生成零件表面三角片逼近曲面 ,用于零件的真实感仿真显示。

This paper presents a new algorithm to calculate the CNC tool path directly from the 3D data cloud, eliminating all path interference at the same time.It also presents a set of efficient data structure to grid the 3D data cloud and calculate the triangle-approaching surface to render the solid view of the measured surfaces. Traditional algorithms using approaching surface normal direction to calculate CNC tool path are not practical sometimes in engineering because the normal direction would amplify the error of calculation and measurement when getting the off-set surfaces, and the worse case is that it is difficult to eliminate the path interference.
