TPB-曲利本蓝瑞利光散射技术快速测定奶粉中的V_(B1)

Fast determination of V_(B1) in milk powder by Rayleigh light scattering technique with trypan blue-hexadecylpyridinium bromide

摘要 在酸性Tris-盐酸缓冲介质和表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶(TPB)存在下,VB1与曲利本蓝结合,使体系的瑞利光散射(RLS)显著增强,并产生新的瑞利散射光谱。最大瑞利光散射峰的波长位于345 nm处,在0.04-0.42 mg/L范围内,瑞利光散射的增强程度(ΔIRLS)与VB1的质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3sb/S)为0.0087 mg/L。据此建立了准确、快速测定VB1)的瑞利光散射新方法,同时对反应条件及瑞利散射光谱特征进行了研究。方法适于批量奶粉中VB1含量的测定。 In an acidic Tris-HCl buffer medium and in the existence of the surfactant hexadecylpyridinium bromide(TPB),VB1 can be bound with trypan blue to form a new product,which led to a distinctly enhanced Rayleigh light scattering(RLS) of system and the appearance of a new Rayleigh scattering spectrum.The maximum Rayleigh light scattering peak was located at 345 nm.The increment of Rayleigh light scattering intensity(△IRLS) was directly proportional to the mass concentration of VB1 in the range of 0.04 mg/L to 0.42 mg/L with the detection limit being 0.0087 mg/L.Therefore,a new method for accurate and fast deter mination of the Rayleigh light scattering of VB1 was established.At the same time,the optimal reaction conditions and Rayleigh scattering spectra characteristics were investigated.The method is suitable for the determination of VB1 in bulk milk powder.
