反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品包装材料中对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸迁移量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品包装材料中对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸迁移量的试验条件。方法:对波长、流动相、流速、温度、进样量等试验条件分别进行调试,得出最佳条件。结果:在所选择的试验条件下,方法的线性良好,检出限低,测试样品的准确度和精密度也符合要求。结论:该方法适合食品包装材料中对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸迁移量的同时测定。 Objective:To study the determination conditions of terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid in food packaging materials by RP-HPLC.Methods:Through the test,get the best determination conditions.Results:Under the selected conditions,the method has good linearity,low detection limit,accuracy and precision meets the requirements.Conclusion:This method is suitable for determining terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid in food packaging materials.
