摘要
探讨了采用悬辊工艺制造钢筋混凝土排水管时易产生管内壁塌落、纵向和环向裂缝、合缝漏浆、钢筋移位、麻坑等通病的原因,并针对这些质量通病,提出了新的解决方法。
Reinforced concrete drainpipe easily occurs some common quality problems using roller suspension process such as tube wall caving, longitudinal and annular crack, joint leak slurry, steel bar displacement, pitted surface. Here,causes of these problems and some solutions are put forward.
