散粮敞车装载用主动式平车器的研制与应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对散粮装车楼装载通用敞车后自动平车的需求,为使散粮达到自动化机械手堆垛码包所需的平整度,研制了主动式平车器并进行了应用。制作了1∶5的缩尺模型进行了模拟试验,对比了不同形状平料板的平车效果,基于试验结果设计了一套主动式平车器并应用到工业现场。现场使用表明:主动式平车器充分利用了装车后等待机器人码包的时间,耙式平料板实现了车皮两端填平,单班劳动定员数由8人降为1人,平均作业时间约为2.5min,工作效率提高了约50%。 According to the special requirements of the gondola car's leveling after loading the bulk grain,to achieve the smoothness for automated robot palletizing the code packages,an active harrow were developed.A 1∶5scale model was produced and tested,the leveling performance with different shapes were compared and analysed.A set of active harrow was designed and manufactured based on the result.Application showed that the apparatus made full use of the waiting time of robot code package,the empty at both ends were filled with bulk grain by the flat plate,the number of single-class labor force reduced from 8to 1,the average operating time was about 2.5min and the efficiency was improved by about 50%.
