摘要
针对制造资源计划 ( MRP )中采用的提前期和工艺路线中的加工时间为确定值 ,不能反映实际生产情况这一事实 ,提出了一种闭环式的动态车间作业计划编制方法 ,它通过车间作业进度反馈 ,动态更新提前期、工作中心、工艺路线等信息 ,构成了以车间作业计划编制为核心的 3层闭环的处理流程。
It is the fact that the lead time and work time of routing adopted in MRPⅡ can not agree with the practice, because these values are certain ones.As contrasted to the existing shortcomings of MRPⅡ, a closed loop dynamic job shop planning is proposed.Three closed loops are generated based on the core of job shop planning, by means of the feedback of job shop production, the information of lead time, work center and routing is refreshed dynamically.
