摘要
卡内基梅隆大学以开放学习项目为依托,在独立与自治精神的引领作用下创建基于网络的实践性学习社区、在绿色发展理念的规范作用下建设虚拟可持续校园环境、在科研精神的激励作用下研究性课程全面融入OLI项目、在社区意识的凝聚作用下不断渗透差异教学理念。卡内基梅隆大学的文化竞争力是在长期的教育教学和办学实践中所积淀和创造出来的,可以分为文化生产力、文化创造力和文化持续力,在引领时代潮流的开放教育资源运动中得到了全面的体现。
Open educational resources have got the first development chance in this situation. Based on open learning projects, Carnegie Mellon University created a social network-based practical learning community with the spirit of independence and autonomy. It also constructed virtual and sustainable campus environment under the guidance of green development concept, fully integrated its research projects into OLI projects under the stimulus of the spirit of scientific research, and gradually penetrated differentiated teaching concept with consciousness of community. As a result of accumulation of longterm education and practices, cultural competitiveness of Carnegie Mellon University can be divided into three parts: cultural productivity, cultural creativity and cultural sustainability. It has been fully manifested in the Open Educational Resources movement which leads the trend of the times.
