浅谈斗轮机回转支撑轴承故障原因及预防措施

Research on failure causes and preventive measures of large swing bearing of bucket conveyer

文章基于斗轮机回转支撑轴承,结合实例,对密封不严、轴承点蚀与悬臂架与配重平衡不当三种常见的故障产生原因进行分析,在此基础上,提出几种有效的预防措施,并通过分析和实践证明该处理方法切实有效,具有参考与使用价值。旨在为相关企业斗轮机回转支撑轴承故障预防和维修提供可靠的理论参考。

Based on large swing bearing of bucket conveyer,this paper analyzed the reasons for sealing leakage of,bearing pitting and the suspension arm and the counterweight improper balance of three kinds of common faults,on this basis,put forward several effective preventive measures,and through analysis and practice proved that the method is effective,which has the value of reference and use,in order to provide the reliable theory reference of fault prevention and maintenance of large swing bearing of bucket conveyer for related enterprises.
