摘要 应用随机前沿分析法测算2009—2013年中国高新技术产业创新效率。新产品研发支出和R&D人员折合全时当量作为创新投入对创新产出具有明显的正向影响。在以新产品销售收入为创新产出的分析中,新产品研发支出贡献较大,市场结构和企业规模都对创新效率具有显著影响,产业利润对创新效率影响不显著。但在以专利数为创新产出的分析中,研究与开发人员折合全时当量贡献较大,市场结构、企业规模和产业利润对创新效率的影响都显著。 The paper uses the stochastic frontier analysis method to calculate the 2009--2013China's high -tech industry innovation efficiency. The new product R&D expenditures and R&D staff converted into full - time equivalents as innovation input have significant positive impact on innovation output. In the analysis of new product sales revenue as the innovation output, new product development spending has made bigger contribution; market structure and firm size have a significant impact on innovation efficiency, but the impact of industry profit is not significant. On the other hand, in the analysis of the patent number as the innovation output, research and development staff converted to full - time equivalents has made the largest contribution; market structure, firm size and industry- profits have significant impact on innovation efficiency.
