摘要
根据"台湾统计年鉴(2013)",从研发经费和研发人员2个方面分析解读台湾的科技投入情况,从SCI论文、EI论文、美国核准专利、台湾专利、科学工业园区发展5个方面分析解读其科技产出情况;最后对台湾科技投入和产出的主要指标和数据进行讨论。
The paper, based on Taiwan＇ s Statistical Yearbook 2013, analyzes and decodes Taiwan＇ s sci -tech input form two aspects of R＆D expenditure and R＆D personnel, and Taiwan＇ s sci - tech output from five aspects of SCI theses, El theses, US authorized patents, Taiwan patents, science parks. Finally, The paper discusses main indexes and data con- cemed.
