江苏如东大豫镇土地流转问题的研究

Study on the Land Transfer in Dayu Town, Rudong City, Jiangsu Province

农村的富庶是中国社会长期稳定,经济不断发展最根本的保证,在这个前提下研究正在农村风起云涌的土地流转现象,不仅有着重大的历史意义,更有着十分重要的现实意义。文章以大豫镇作为研究区域,立足大豫镇农业发展的新情况,对大豫镇农村土地流转的现实状况进行分析,肯定了大豫镇土地流转的基本成就,分析了存在的问题及制约因素,提出了促进大豫镇土地流转的措施。

The rich and populous of the rural area is the best assurance for China＇s long-term stability and constant economic development. Therefore, the land transfer research which raging like a storm has not only the historical significance, but a very practical significance. In this paper, takeing the Da Yu town as the study area, based on the new situation of the agricultural development in this town, we analyze the practical condition of land transfer, and also give the assurance to the basic achievements of the land transfer; through analyzing the existing problems and limiting factors, the paper puts forward measures to promote land transfer.
