摘要
随着博物馆人事制度改革的不断发展,人事档案管理工作暴露出许多新的问题。传统的纸质实体文档已难以适应新形势下的人事档案工作需要。而数字化档案所展现出的存储信息量大、采集手段便捷高效、存储安全等优势,更好地适应了当下对博物馆人事档案的管理要求。文章较为详细地论述了博物馆人事档案数字化的优势,并提出了几点实现档案数字化的可行路径。
With the continue increasing of the reform of museums＇ personnel system, many new problems occurs on personnel file management. Traditional paper documents are too weak to adapt to the requirements of personnel archives work of the new time. However, digital personal records preform many advantages such as large storage capacity, convenient and efficient acquisition and storage security, which are more adaptable to the new requirements of personnel file management. This article provides details on the advantages of the digitalization of museums＇ personal archives and comes up with the realization route of digital personal archives.
