新场气田沙溪庙组气藏水平井加密分段压裂先导试验 被引量:7

摘要 目前很多学者研究了致密砂岩气藏水平井压裂裂缝间距、裂缝半长、裂缝导流能力对压后效果的影响,研究得出了不同区块水平井分段压裂的合理裂缝参数,裂缝间距为70-200 m,裂缝半长为70-193 m,导流能力为3-244.68 D·cm。从新场沙溪庙组气藏水平井压裂、测试、生产情况来看,裂缝间距在50-100 m之间的井累计产量和弹性产率较优。为了探究最为科学合理的裂缝参数,作者建立了不同储层条件下的地质模型,利用PEBI网格模拟水力裂缝,通过数值模拟研究得出了不同储层条件下的最佳裂缝参数。根据裂缝参数结果对施工参数进行了优化。现场应用了3口水平井,压后均取得了较好的增产效果。为该气藏下步水平井分段压裂提供了有效的方法,对类似气藏压裂设计具有一定的借鉴价值。 The influence of fracture parameters including fracture spacing,fracture half length,fracture flow conductivity etc. on fracturing effect of horizontal wells in tight sand gas reservoir has been studied,and the reasonable main fracture parameters were obtained in horizontal well staged fracturing,such as fracture spacing of 70 ~ 200 m,fracture half length of 70 ~193m,fracture flow conductivity of 3 ~ 244. 68D·cm. According to the production history and fracture situation of the horizontal wells in Xinchang gas reservoir,the total production and elastic production of the wells was more than others when fracture spacing is 50- 120 m. In order to explore the scientific and reasonable fracture parameters, the geological model suited for Shaximiao different reservoir conditions was established,and using PEBI grids simulated the fractures to obtain optimal fracture parameters under different reservoir conditions. Based on the optimal fracture parameters,the construction parameters were also optimized. The field application results in 3 horizontal wells showed that the production increase effect was very good. The research result provided an effective method for staged fracturing of horizontal well in the future.
