四川富顺页岩气藏压裂改造模式及返排工艺分析 被引量:9

ANALYSIS OF FRACTURING AND FLOWBACK TECHNOLOGY IN SICHUAN FUSHUN SHALE GAS RESERVOIR

摘要 四川页岩气藏经过近几年的探索和开发,在借鉴北美页岩气压裂技术经验基础上,已形成我国特色的页岩气大规模水平井多级改造技术。四川富顺页岩气藏采用以速钻桥塞分级压裂技术为主导的页岩气分段压裂改造技术,总体改造效果在整个四川页岩地区效果相对较好。文章分析了该区块压裂改造的技术特点、砂堵和压裂后返排的工作制度,以及返排速率、压裂液破胶时间、意外关井和气液两相流动对返排的影响,为现场作业和优化返排制度提供一定的经验和参考。 With the exploration and development of Sichuan shale gas reservoir in recent years,on the basis of using the experiences of North American shale gas fracturing technology,the horizontal staged fracturing technology of shale gas reservoir has been formed in China. The technology of speed drilling bridge plug and staged fracturing has been used in Fushun block of Sichuan shale gas reservoir,and good fracturing effects were obtained in Sichuan shale gas reservoir. The characteristics of fracturing technique,and the working system and characteristics of the flowback after sand plug and fracturing were analyzed in Sichuan Fushun block,and the influences of flowback rate,gel breaking time,accidental shut- in and gas- liquid two phase flow on fracturing fluid flowback were discussed. It provided experiences and reference for field operation and optimizing the flowback working system in the future.
