基于Gibbs模型的有杆抽油系统泵功图研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过数学方法把悬点示功图转化为泵功图,以便准确诊断油井的工作状况,这是一个很有价值的研究问题。首先给出了有杆抽油系统完整的Gibbs模型,包括波动方程、边界条件、初始条件、连接条件,接着对模型进行了求解;通过将一个冲程分为上下两个冲程,给出了波动方程中阻尼系数的迭代公式,只要给出一个阻尼系数的初始值以及悬点示功图和泵功图,就可以对阻尼系数进行求解。利用两口油井的油井参数和悬点示功数据计算了它们的泵功图数据,从而作出悬点示功图和泵功图。然后基于泵功图利用构造的均匀位移法和有效冲程法计算了某油井的日产油量。文章将为推广利用Gibbs模型、求解更符合实际情况的阻尼系数和泵功图的应用提供理论依据。 In order to accurately diagnose the working condition of oil well,suspension point indicator diagram of sucker rod pumping system was usually converted into pump dynamograph by mathematical method. First,the complete Gibbs models of sucker rod pumping system was given,including the wave equation,boundary conditions, initial conditions, connection conditions and then solved the model. Through divide stroke into two strokes,the iteration formula of damping coefficient of wave equation was given. As long as the initial values of damping coefficient,suspension point indicator diagrams and pump dynamograph were given,the damping coefficient could be solved. Using two oil well parameters and suspension point indicator data calculated their pump dynamograph data,so as to make the suspension point indicator diagrams and pump dynamograph. Then using the uniform displacement method and the effective stroke method calculated the daily oil production of oil wells based on the pump dynamograph. Using Gibbs model could solve damping coefficient which conforms to the actual situation,provide theoretical basis for the application of pump indicator diagrams.
