摘要
文章开发了合成基钻井液基础油NH-SO1,评价了NH-SO1的芳烃含量、闪点、倾点、黏温性能、生物毒性,并和GTL Saraline 185V气制油、0#柴油和5#白油做了性能对比,评价结果显示,NH-SO1的芳烃含量为0.2%,闭口闪点为77℃,倾点为-21℃,低温流动性能良好,生物毒性级别为无毒,整体性能达到了GTL Saraline 185V气制油的性能。分别以NH-SO1和GTL Saraline 185V为基础油配制合成基钻井液体系,评价了基础油在钻井液体系中的性能,评价结果显示,NH-SO1完成可以替代GTL Saraline 185V配制合成基钻井液体系。文章最后以NH-SO1为基础油,配制了NH-SO合成基钻井液体系,体系耐温性能达150℃,破乳电压热滚前1 073 V,热滚后为904 V,高温高压滤失量为1.6 m L,体系生物毒性基本为无,是环保型高性能合成基钻井液体系。
The base oil NH- SO1 of synthetic based drilling fluid were developed,and the aromatics content,flash point,pour point,viscosity temperature performance,biological toxicity of NH- SO1 were evaluated,and compared with the performance of GTL Saraline 185 V gas oil,0#diesel oil and 5#white oil of domestic,the evaluation results showed that the aromatic content of NH- SO1 was 0. 2%,the flash point was 77 ℃,pour point was- 21 ℃,low temperature flow performance was good,no biological toxicity,the overall performances reached that of GTL Saraline 185 V gas oil. Using NH- SO1 and GTL Saraline185 V as base oil to concoct synthetic based drilling fluid system,the properties of base oil were evaluated in the system. The evaluation results showed that NH- SO1 could completely replace GTL Saraline 185 V to concoct synthetic based drilling fluid system. Finally,the NH- SO synthetic based drilling fluid system was compounded which using NH- SO1 as base oil,the temperature resistance of the system was up to 150℃,demulsification voltage was 1073 V before hot rolling and 904 V after hot rolling,high temperature and high pressure filter loss was 1. 6mL,non-toxic,it belong to environmental protection type of high performance synthetic based drilling fluid system.
