抗温抗盐钻井液体系研究及现场应用 被引量:5

摘要 为解决资阳-东峰场区块高温盐膏层钻井难题,研制出了抗温200℃、密度1.5 g/cm3抗温抗盐钻井液体系,进行了沉降稳定性、抗污染性、润滑抑制性等评价,并在ZY1井现场应用。应用情况表明,该体系在ZY1井顺利钻完近1 200 m高温井段,钻井液流变滤失、润滑抑制性能良好;应用井段无任何复杂事故,节约钻井成本,现场应用取得良好效果。 In order to solve the drilling problems of high temperature salt gypsum layer in Zhiyang- Dongfeng block,an anti- temperature salt- resistant drilling fluid system was developed,its anti- temperature ability attains 200℃,density is high up 1. 5g / cm3. The sedimentary stability,pollution resistibility,oiliness and inhibitive ability of the drilling fluid system etc. were evaluated in laboratory. And the field application results in ZY1 well showed that drilling fluid system has drilled successfully 1200 meters ultra- high temperature well section,and the filtration reducing property,oiliness and inhibitive ability were good,and the drilling cost was reduced.
