摘要
随着运动员对体育用品的安全性能与舒适性要求的提高,由于纳米材料具有的特殊性能,使纳米材料广泛应用于体育领域。采用蒙脱土纳米改性聚氨酯弹性体材料和纳米二氧化硅(Si O2)改性聚氨酯弹性体材料,来克服传统的聚氨酯塑胶跑道中甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)有毒以及二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)常温下是固体,使用前必须加热熔化成液体,不利于其操作等缺点。
With the increasing requirement for the safety and comfort of sports goods, nano material has been widely used in the field of sports because of its special properties. In this paper, nano montmorillonite modified polyurethane elastomer materials and nano silica modified polyurethane elastomer materials were used to overcome the shortcomings in the traditional polyurethane plastic runway, for toluene diisocyanate (TDI) toxic and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) is solid at room temperature, and they must be heated to melt into a liquid before use, which is not feasible.
