Slender Rod Injection Mold Design of Pen Plastic Parts

摘要 制笔类注塑件具有中空、长杆、多腔模的特点,注塑过程中往往发生翘曲变形现象。对笔头塑件进行了结构及注塑工艺分析,对浇注系统、脱模机构及冷却系统进行了设计验算,应用UG NX软件完成长杆笔头塑件的注塑模具设计。经实践验证,该模具结构紧凑、工作稳定、塑件精度保持性好,成型塑件易制造,对制笔类长杆多腔塑件的注塑模具设计具有一定参考价值。 Due to the type of pen plastic parts with the features of hollow, slender rod and multi-cavity, the mold warpage often occurs in injection molding process. Injection process of pen plastic parts and the design calculation of gating system, demolding mechanism and cooling system was mainly introduced. UG NX software was applied to complete the slender rod injection mold design of pen plastic parts. Results show that, the mold is designed with the properties of compact structure, stable motion, high accuracy and easy manufacturing, and the mold design process has strongly common reference for the similar pen plastic parts injection mold design.
