摘要
首先介绍了塑料软包装的特点及形式,其次探究了塑料软包装工艺设计原则及运用要求,最后列出计算塑料软包装渗透率的数学方程式。分别选取阻隔性为低、中、高的双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜和乙烯共聚物薄膜3种不同塑料材料薄膜,实验测定其对水蒸气及氧气的渗透率。将计算结果与测定结果进行对比,误差不超过17%,证明提出的渗透性数学方程式可以用于塑料软包装材料渗透率的计算。
This article introduced the characteristics and form of plastic flexible packaging tlrsUy. Secondly, it explored the technology design principle and application requirements of plastic flexible packaging. Finally it listed the mathematical equations to calculate the permeability of plastic flexible packaging. Different plastic film materials including biaxially oriented poiypropylene (BOPP) film, polyethylene terepbthalate (PET) film and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) film with low, medium and high barrier property respectively were selected to determine experimentally the permeability of the films to water vapor and oxygen. By comparing the calculated results with the measured results, the error is less than 17%, which indicates that the proposed mathematical equations of permeability can be used for the calculation of plastic soft packing material permeability.
