摘要
兴趣是研究生成长和发展的基础,它具有活动的、发展的性质。没有行动和动作的兴趣,就不是真正的兴趣。导师以自身的兴趣为载体来激活研究生的兴趣,从而将两个人的兴趣叠加为兴趣圆圈,即兴趣共同体。它具有追求自主发展、获取发展动力、尊重文化差异和培育进取文化的理念诉求。其构建策略主要有建立联系、共享经验、转换视角、激发好奇和存在真爱等。兴趣共同体是导师与研究生和谐发展的动力场。
Interest is a necessary basis for development of postgraduates. It has the nature of the activity and development. Interest without action is not really interest. The tutor awakes students' interest through theirs to make interest accumulated as a circle,namely interest community. Its concept demand includes the pursuit of independent development,the gain of the development power,the respect for cultural differences and the cultivation of enterprising concept. Its strategy mainly includes the establishment of contact,the sharing of experiences,the transition angle of view,the impetus of curiosity and love. It is a dynamic field that tutors and postgraduates develop harmonious.
