高等院校就业指导课程问题研究——以陕西省为例 被引量:3

摘要 目前,多数高校毕业生就业指导课程的开设主要集中在毕业生就业前,而且仅限于短期择业培训,缺乏系统规划和全面指导。高校应该在课程开设方面增加学时,同时加强师资配备,防止就业指导课程边缘化;在课程讲授方面增加教学内容,重视实践;在课程服务方面,建立信息平台和咨询室。帮助大学生在就业指导课程中,从自我认识层面、就业市场层面和职业规划层面不断完善自我和了解当前就业环境,为其日后择业奠定基础。 Employment guidance courses in most universities for graduates are concentrated in shortly training when the graduation is approaching. The systematic planning and the overall guidance are insufficient. In purpose to the career planning and self-improvement for graduates,course hours should be increased and the teachers should be equipped much more to prevent the marginalization of employment guidance course. Practical course needs to be more concerned in course teaching aspect. Information platform,consultation room and other curriculum service need to be established.
