四川凉山州木里藏族自治县藏医药发展现状调研报告

Research Report of Tibetan medicine development status of Muli Tibetan Autonomous County of Liangshan State

木里县是四川省凉山彝族自治州唯一的藏族自治县,在新中国成立之前,木里自称"木里王国"或"喇嘛王国",政教合一,对外交流甚少,保留了独特、古老的民族文化。木里县境内自然环境多样,22种民族混居,藏医药的发展有其独特性。笔者对木里藏族自治县进行了详细的田野调查,通过问卷、访谈和参与观察等,发现木里县藏医药资源丰富、文化底蕴深厚,现代藏医药的发展较快,但存在资源闲置、政策落实不到位、人才匮乏等问题,故提出了加大支持和宣传力度、落实相关政策和多元化发展的建议和意见。

Muli is the only tibetan nationality autonomous county of Liangshan Yi prefecture. Before the founding of People＇s Republic of China,known as the＂kingdom of Muli＂,Muli has long been secluded from outside world,which makes it remained unique and ancient ethnic culture. Muli has varieties of nature environment and inhabitants from 17 nationalities. the development of traditional tibetan medicine is unique under these circumstances. We carried a field investigation in detail and found the problems of the development of traditional tibetan medicine are low utility of resources,wane of cultural elements,scarce of research and development capacity and specialist by investigation and analysis of questionnaire results. This paper offered suggestions to the development of traditional tibetan medicine in Muli by means of referred to related reference and investigation of the development situation of similar regions.
