摘要
目的：紫外分光光度法测定不同产地八月瓜中总黄酮的含量。方法：以70%乙醇、80℃水浴回流1h,料液比1∶25,测定波长510nm。结果：总黄酮回归方程为C=9.452×10-2A-4.362×10-3（R=0.9992）,在0.0154～0.0769mg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.90%（RSD为1.91%）。结论：不同产地八月瓜总黄酮含量存在一定差异。
Objective To establish a method of determining the total flavonoids content of Holboellia latifolia in different regions by Uv- spectrophotometry. Methods With 70% ethanol,water circumfluence for an hour in 80℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶ 25,and detection wavelength 510 nm. Result The total flavonoids has a good linear relationship in 0. 0154- 0. 0769 mg. The regression equation is C = 9. 452 × 10- 2A- 4. 362 × 10- 3（ R = 0. 9992）. And the average sample recovery rate is 98. 90%（ RSD = 1. 91%）. Conclusion The total flavonoids content of Holboellia latifolia has some differences in different regions.
