摘要 对通用显示驱动电路利用PSPice进行建模和仿真。通过对多种显示器件所需驱动波形的分析,总结了通用显示驱动电路应具备的波形发生功能,并确定了通用显示驱动电路的基本组成。接着,对该电路系统进行了PSpice建模。结果表明,通过调整相关参数可以实现驱动波形的脉冲最小脉宽为2μs、斜波上升时间为8μs^1 ms,幅值在15 V^300 V之间。通过建模仿真参数的调整可以指导不同应用场合中的电路参数调整。 Universal Display drive circuit is modeled and simulated based on PSPice. Based on the analysis of drive waveform of a variety of display devices,the requests of waveform generation function that the universal display driv-er circuit should have been summarized firstly,which can determine its basic components. Then,the circuit system was modeled based on PSpice. Finally,the results showed that the minimum pulse width of the drive pulse wave form is 2μs,ramps up time of ramp waveform is 8μs to 1ms and the amplitude is between 15 V and 300 V by ad-justing the relevant parameters.The different applications of the circuit parameter adjustment can be guided by ad-justing the parameters of modeling and simulation.
