摘要 在现在代武器的研究中,需要对弹丸速度进行高精度测量,因此设计了一种软硬件结合的双光幕测速系统。整个系统以FPGA为控制核心,通过控制硬件电路实现对前端光幕传感器电流信号的调理及采集,之后将数据存储并通过网口上传到上位机。设计中对转换后的信号进行了软件调零,解决了传统硬件调零不稳定的问题,同时采用弹底触发的方式进行计时,提高了弹丸测速的准确性。与传统测速系统相比,该系统具有精度高、灵活性好等优点。通过多次测试与实验,该系统满足实际工程应用的要求。 In modern weapons research,high precision measurement of bullet velocity is indispensable,a Dual-Light Screen Velocity Measurement System(LSVMS)was designed which is composed of hardware and software. The system takes FPGA as the control core,implementing the conditioning and acquisition of current signal from front light screen sensor by controling hardware circuit,then the data will be stored and uploaded to the host computer through the network port. The design adjusts the signal to zero by software,which solves the problems of insta-bility of adjusting to zero by traditional hardware and uses way of bomb bottom trigger to timing,which improves the accuracy of the velocity of the bullet. Compared with the traditional velocity measurement system ,the system is more accurate and more flexible. After several tests and experiments,the system has been successfully applied to the development of a military product.
