The Construction and Development of Digital Resources in the National Library of Russia

摘要俄罗斯国家图书馆历史悠久,馆藏资源极为丰富,是俄罗斯特别珍贵的历史文化遗产,2000年后制定多项措施开始馆藏数字化建设,形成以"文献空间"全文数字图书馆为核心的数字资源体系。本文重点分析"文献空间"数字图书馆的资源建设、服务、未来发展情况,及PHБ应对数字资源版权问题的举措,认为国家图书馆数字资源的建设与发展及其版权问题的解决需要图书馆界、国家和相关机构的共同参与。 The National Library of Russia has a long history,and its library resources are extremely rich,which is a particularly precious historical and cultural heritage in Russia.Since 2000,the National Library of Russia has developed a number of measures to construct digital library,thus formed a digital resources system with full-text digital libraries ＂Дokycφepa＂ as its core.This paper focuses on the analysis of ＂Дokycφepa＂ digital library resource construction and services,the future development,and the solutions to dealing with copyright issues on digital resources.At last,this paper summarizes that,the construction and development of digital resources in national library and copyright problems solving need the participation of the library community,the nation and related organizations.
