Two Textual Criticisms on Historical Materials on Ancient Books Collection and Modern Libraries of China

《中国古代藏书与近代图书馆史料》一书促进了近代中国图书馆史的研究,但有些史料存在疏误。经考证,1910年学部公布的图书馆法规名称为《图书馆通行章程》,而非《京师图书馆及各省图书馆通行章程》;民国第一部公共图书馆法规《图书馆规程》颁布于1915年10月23日,而非11月。

Historical Materials on Ancient Books Collection and Modern Libraries of China has promoted the study on library history of modern China,but some materials of the books are wrong.Based on the results of textual criticism,the library regulation promulgated by Education Department is named Common Statute of Library,not called Common Statute of Library on the Capital and Every Single Province;the first public library regulation in the period of the Republic of China is promulgated on October 23,1915,rather than in November.
