分析采煤机摇臂结构并介绍常见的故障监测方法,随后结合实践经验对采煤机摇臂工作中常见故障类型展开分析,以此为基础提出几点建议,希望能够为井下生产长期稳定运行提供一定的借鉴与参考。

This paper analyzed rocker arm structure of shearer, introduced common fault monitoring methods, made analysis of common fault types in the work process of rocker arm of shearer combined with practical experience, and put forward some suggestions on this basis, which hoped to provide certain experience and reference for long-term stable operation of downhole production.
