Transformation Methods of United States Standardization Strategy and Standardization Organization—Responding to Strategic Emerging Industries

面对战略性新兴产业带来的变革,美国进行了标准化战略修订,并配合法案与一系列政策的出台推进这一战略转型。同时,围绕战略重点,对相关技术组织体系架构和工作方法进行了调整,取得了良好的成效。本文对相关方法进行了介绍,以兹我国在新时期开展标准化活动时借鉴。

Faced with the changes brought about by the strategic emerging industries, the United States has carried on the revision of standardization strategy, combined with legislation and a series of policies to promote the strategic transformation. Meanwhile, on the strategic priorities, the framework of related technology organization system and working methods have been adjusted, and good results have been achieved. In this article, the relevant methods are introduced, in order to provide reference for our country to carry out standardization activities in the new era.
