摘要
主要解决340m^2烧结机头电除尘器阳极下部侧部振打、阴极顶部电磁锤振打清灰力不足影响除尘效率的问题,通过采用电除尘末电场声波清灰技术作为辅助手段进行技术改造,实现了烟囱排放浓度≤80mg/Nm^3的预定目标。
This article is the result of minxi vocational and technical college and longyan city rings environmental protection equipment co., LTD., university-enterprise cooperation projects, the service object is the emerging casting pipe co., LTD., sintering plant in xinjiang.This research mainly solve the 340 m^2 sintering machine head anode lower lateral oscillation, the cathode electric filter at the top of the electromagnetic hammer vibrating dust, problems that influence efficiency of dust removal by the end of the electric field as the sound wave sootblower auxiliary means of technical renovation, implements the chimney emission concentration of 80 mg/Nm^3 or less intended target.
