我国淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务模式与演化研究

Research on Information Service Mode and Evolution of Modern Production and Circulation of China's Live Freshwater Fish

从组织模式、运作机制、服务内容、传播渠道、利益分配和支撑保障等方面归纳比较我国目前主要的三类淡水活鱼生产流通信息服务模式,在此基础上,对不同现代化发展阶段的我国淡水活鱼生产流通信息服务模式的发展和演化进行分析。研究表明,我国淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务模式的发展演化是根据现代化的不同阶段,逐渐从政府主导发展到中观组织主导再到企业主导的过程,这个过程中产业链型从松散型到半紧密型再到紧密型,同时供应链不断产生增值。对目前我国淡水活鱼现代生产流通信息服务模式来说,应该大力发展中观组织,使其在信息服务中占据优势地位,同时鼓励和推动大型企业联合专业化合作组织、基地等建立专业的信息服务体系。

This paper compares information service mode of production and circulation of present three kinds of live freshwater fish in our country from the aspects of organization mode,operation mechanism,service content,communication channels,benefit distribution and support systems. On this basis,the paper analyzes the evolution of information service mode in different stage of modernization. Results show that,the evolution of information service mode of modern production and circulation of China＇s freshwater fish is a gradual process from government leading to intermediate organization leading to enterprise leading according to the different stages of modernization. At the same time,the industrial chain is from loose to half close to close,and the supply chain continues to produce added value. At the present stage,China should vigorously develop intermediate organization,support its dominant position in the information service,and encourage and promote large-scale enterprise to combine with professional cooperation organization and base to establish professional information service system.
