摘要
以跨国公司的回任人员为研究对象,实证研究组织支持对跨国公司回任人员知识转移影响,探讨并检验自我效能在上述关系中所起的调节作用。层级回归分析结果表明:组织支持对回任人员知识转移具有显著的正向影响;自我效能在组织支持与回任人员知识转移之间起调节作用;并且回任人员的自我效能越强,其在组织支持与回任人员知识转移之间的调节效应就越强。
With repatriates in multi-national corporation as the subjects,this study empirically investigated the impact of the organizational support on the knowledge transfer of the multi-national corporation,and explored the moderating role of self-efficacy in the relationships betweenorganizational support and repatriate's knowledge transfer. By using hierarchical regression analysis,it is revealed that organizational support has significant positive effect on repatriate's knowledge transfer,and the self-efficacy plays a moderation role in organizational support and the knowledge transfer. The findings also indicated that the effect is stronger when self-efficacy is higher.
