摘要
行人保护计算机仿真是汽车行人保护性能开发的重要手段。为了能进一步提高行人头部保护仿真结果的精度,列举了行人头部保护有限元建模过程中前机舱盖缓冲块、机舱盖锁模型及散热器总成与水箱上横梁连接的模型3个容易被忽视的因素,分析了这3个因素在行人头部保护仿真中的作用,并通过示例验证了这3个因素对行人头部保护仿真结果的影响,为完善行人头部保护有限元仿真建模提供了参考。
The simulation of vehicle pedestrian protection is an important way in developing the vehicle pedestrian protection technology. To improve the accuracy and reliability of pedestrian head protection simulation further, three factors are analyzed, and which are frequently overlooked during modeling used to the simulation of pedestrian head protection. They are hood bumper, hood latch and connection model between radiator and radiator support cross member, respectively. Their influence on the result of simulation of pedestrian head protection is verified by means of some cases, which will provide reference for modeling of pedestrian head protection.
