基于三菱DCS特性的BAS试验问题处理及改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 BAS试验,即全厂电源切换试验,是核电厂调试期间与核安全相关的重大联调试验之一,是验证核电厂三大电源之间的切换是否满足设计要求及是否满足核安全准则的试验,其切换逻辑基本在DCS中实现。本文基于三菱DCS平台,针对所发现的BAS试验的验收准则问题及试验逻辑问题,做出了全面的分析,提出了正确的试验方法和改进方案,做出了相应的技术变更,并对其他项目电源切换试验及对国产DCS的优化有一定借鉴意义。 BAS test is Electrical Power Supply Change-over Test. It's very important unitive test concerned with nuclear safety in the nuclear power station. It validates whether design requirement is satisfied in the change-over of three electrical power supply and nuclear safety criteria is satisfied for concern systems. Change-over logic is realized in DCS. This paper analyses problems of acceptance criteria and change-over logic of BAS and researches the solution and promotion methods on the basis of Mitsubishi DCS platform. And finally this paper delivers technology modification It also gives the direction for other project's BAS test and promotion of domestic DCS.
