一种新型涡轮流量传感器预处理仪的研究

摘要 本文设计出一种新型涡轮流量计预处理仪,可以将经过(几百米)长线传输的传感器毫伏信号进行处理,最终转换成TTL电平与PC机相连接。与传统的方法相比,本转换电路将浮置放大器、有源滤波器、自动增益控制电路、双层屏蔽结构巧妙的结合起来,使得整个系统具有很强的抗干扰能力。可以确保测量的准确度,大大提高测量工作的可靠性。此新型涡轮流量计预处理仪主要用于航天新型号火箭发动机测试中,还可广泛应用于需要精密测量的不同领域。 This paper designed a new turbine flowmeter pretreatment apparatus, which can process the sensor millivolt signal that long-term(several hundred meters) transmitted, ultimately converted into TTL level and connected to the PC. Compared with traditional methods, this conversion circuit combined with floating amplifiers, active filters, automatic gain control circuit and double shield structure cleverly, making the whole system has a strong anti-interference ability. This new instrument can ensure the accuracy of the measurement and improve the reliability of the measurement work greatly. This new type of turbine flow meter is mainly used for new model aerospace rocket engine test, but also widely used in different areas where required precise measurements.
