摘要
通过对用户的退火炉控制系统的成功改造案例分析,阐述了采用西门子200PLC完成分段曲线程序设计的原理及应用。经过系统的调试运行,PLC程序能够精准的完成目标温度值的控制输出,每台温度控制器对PLC的输出指令执行准确及时,提升了温度曲线的稳定性,保证了产品的优良品质,实现了对退火炉全程自动控制的目的。
Based on cases analysis of anneal furnace control system modification, this article demonstrates principle and application of piecewise curve program design that uses SIEMENS 200 PLC. After commissioning, the PLC program could complete the output of target temperature value accurately, and each temperature controller could react immediately and correctly upon PLC order which raise the stability of temperature curve, guarantee product performance, and realize the auto control of anneal furnace.
