摘要
本文介绍了某公司9E燃气轮机,水洗后开机过程燃机出现从贫燃模式至稳定预混燃烧模式多次切换不成功的故障案例。经分析,机组水洗后,清吹管道和燃气管道内有残留积水未能排尽,在燃烧模式切换时,导致残留积水进入二次燃料喷嘴值班火焰通道,造成高温焰气回流,产生回火,造成模式失败。经过对机务系统图分析提出修改水洗逻辑及运行操作等解决方案。
This paper introduces the combustion mode switching fault from lean-lean mode to premix steady state mode when a 9E gas turbine starts upafter washing. Through the analysis, the combustion mode switching fault that leading to tempering which is caused by some water left in the purge piping and gas piping, therefore, some water comes into the fuel secondary nozzle during the mode switching. Finally, it comes up with the solution that changing the washing logic and operation by analyzing the systemdiagram.
