长三角物流产业集聚水平测算及对策研究

Analysis on Logistics Industry Cluster Degree in Yangtze River Delta Region

文章以"长三角"物流产业为研究对象,采用空间基尼系数、区位熵,对2004-2012年物流产业集聚度进行测算。研究发现:长三角物流产业存在一定程度上的集聚,但集聚程度不高,只集中在上海、南京、舟山等少数几个城市;物流产业结构较成熟,但集聚度低于商务服务业等知识密集型产业,没有形成集聚优势。文章提出了加强城市间的合作、发展特色物流集群、优化区域物流网络等对策建议。

With rapid development of the economic globalization process, the overall global industrial structure transits gradually from the ＂industry-oriented economy＂ to ＂service-oriented economy＂.Development of the industry is bound to the formation of industrial agglomeration, It not only provides for the development of the logistics of favorable conditions, but also makes the corresponding requirements on the logistics of scale and specialization. Logistics industry cluster has become the next economic environment, a new logistics development mode currently. In this paper, taking Yangtze River Delta logistics industry as the research object, using spatial Gini coefficient and location quotient, the logistics industry concentration for 2004——2012 Yangtze River Delta was calculated. It found the presence of a certain degree of clustering, but not high degree of agglomeration, concentrated in Shanghai, Nanjing,Zhoushan and a few other cities; logistics industry structure was relatively mature, but the concentration degree was lower than the business services and other knowledge-intensive industries, there was no agglomeration advantages. Finally, this paper put forward countermeasures to strengthen the cooperation between the Yangtze river delta cities, to develop Yangtze river delta logistics cluster and to optimize the regional logistics network.
