大学生寝室文化建设问题与对策研究

The Research of College Students Dormitory Culture Construction Problems and Countermeasures

文章分析了寝室文化建设对于促进学生学习、培养其综合能力、加强学生思想道德建设的重要性,解析了大学生寝室文化建设的倾向性、同化性、动态性、潜在性、约束性及共建性内涵特征,同时指出当前大学生寝室文化建设中存在机构不健全、制度不完善、活动不丰富、队伍建设不够重视等问题,最后从机构成立、制度建设、特色活动、队伍建设、硬件设施建设等方面提出了解决问题的具体措施。

This article analyzed the importance of the dormitory culture construction to promote students＇ learning, cultivate their comprehensive ability, and strengthen ideological and moral construction. It studied the connotation and characteristic of dormitory culture construction. Meanwhile, it pointed out there were some problems like poorly developed institutions, imperfect system, lack of activities,ignorance of the team construction and etc. in current college students＇ dormitory. Finally, it put forward some concrete measures to solve the problems in establishing institutions, system construction, special events, team construction and facilities construction.
