网络科学在中药多组分表征方面的应用

Applications of Network Science in Multicomponent Representation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的介绍网络科学在中药领域的应用,为中医药理论的研究提供借鉴和参考。方法介绍将网络科学的理论方法引入到中药多组分-复杂生物系统关系研究的成功案例,为研究"系统-系统"的复杂关系提供帮助。结果以网络科学发展而来的网络药理学、网络靶点学及系统生物学等学科,给中医药研究增添了很多新的视角和活力。结论随着更多科学技术在中药领域的应用,中药复杂化学成分系统与复杂生物系统的相互作用将会越来越清晰。

Objective To introduce the application of network science in the field of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） for providing reference for the research on the theory of TCM.Methods The theory of network science method which was used to research on the relationship between the TCM multicomponent and the complex biological systems successfully was introduced,assistances for studying the complex relationship between them were provided.Results The network pharmacology,network targets,systems biology and so on which were derivatived from the network science added many new perspective and vitality for the studying of the TCM.Conclusion The complex relationship between the TCM multicomponent and the complex biological systems will be clearer by more advanced tech-nologies applied in the field of TCM.
