摘要
对公共自行车租赁服务系统进行评价,首先依据所给的数据和条件,利用Excel和Matlab处理分析数据,并统计得到各站点每天及累计借还车频次.然后分析每个站点的用车时长分布情况,发现各站点用车时长大致呈偏态分布.最后建立模糊综合评价模型对该服务系统进行评价并对后续研究提出一些展望.
In view of the evaluation of public bicycle rental service system, and based on the data and conditions, we used Excel and Matlab to process the data and got the daily and cumulative frequency of renting at each site. The average distribution of renting time at each site was analyzed and found to be generally skewed. We set up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the service system, and put forward measures for improvement.
