摘要
硝酸尾气中氮氧化物排放量的核定一般是以监测数据为依据.但在监测时,企业往往会采用压产的办法来达到使监测结果偏低的目的,导致监测结果不能正确反映实际排放水平.通过对硝酸生产工艺过程的研究,提出在监测尾气中氮氧化物的同时,监控氧化工段氨流量参数,实现对硝酸尾气中氮氧化物排放量的核定,从而提高监管效率和监管水平.
Evaluation of the NO_xemission of nitric acid exhaust was usually done according to the monitoring data. During the monitoring, the company often adopted reducing outputs to lower the monitoring results. However, the results could not correctly reflect the real exhaust level. Via investigation on the technological process of producing nitric acid, the author proposes to evaluate the NO_xemission of nitric acid exhaust by monitoring the ammonia flow parameters of oxidation section while monitoring the NO_xexhaust. It can enhance the supervision efficiency and level.
