摘要
在阅读国内外有关机械故障诊断文献基础上,分析和总结了现有故障诊断理论、大型机械装置的设计方案,指出现有大型机械装置的缺陷和不足之处.为提高产品的生产率,提出了对机械主轴所需高转速和驱动力源所需大功率的设计基本要求,完成了旋转机械试验台的机械系统方案设计.本试验台系统最高转速可达10000r/min,电机功率45k W,包含如电机、联轴器、减速器和增速器等部件.此外,对试验台所需标准件进行了选型和校核,对专用部件进行了结构设计与测算.最后,在此基础上应用Solidworks进行了建模,生成了各部件的零件图与整个实验台的装配图.
Based on the domestic and foreign literatures about mechanical fault diagnosis, the theory of fault diagnosis and the design scheme of large scale mechanical device are analyzed and summarized for pointing out the defects and deficiencies of large mechanical equipment. To improve the productivity, this paper proposes the spindle machine for high speed and driving power source required for the design of high power requirements. The scheme design of mechanical system is completed. The maximum speed of the system is up to 10 000r/min, and the motor power is 45 k W, containing components such as motor, coupling, reducer, accelerator, etc.. In addition, the standard parts for the experimental platform are selected and checked. The structure design and calculation are carried out for the special components. Finally, on the basis of this, the Solidworks is used to model the parts drawing and the assembly drawing of the whole experiment platform.
