代谢组学在支气管哮喘发病机制中的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 支气管哮喘(以下简称哮喘)是世界上最常见的一种慢性呼吸系统疾病之一。以喘息、胸闷、气促为主要表现,以气道炎症和气道高反应性为主要特征。虽然糖皮质激素是治疗持续性哮喘的强有力的抗炎剂,但部分患者可表现出一定程度的不敏感或耐药,这可能与哮喘患者的CYP3A酶对不同激素的代谢清除差异有关[1,2]。且有报道统计到2025年估计有额外的1亿人患有哮喘[3],给患者家庭和医疗行业带来严重的负担,
